MOLYDAL centralised greasing systems enable effective greasing through their precision in the frequencies and quantities of grease deposited.
They optimise the lifespan of equipment, reduce machine down times and help control lubricant consumption.
Three types of centralised greasing are on offer: Single Line, Progressive and Double Line
SINGLE LINE: single line centralised greasing is mainly intended for distributing oil or fluid grease. An economic solution for small and medium scale installations.
PROGRESSIVE: Progressive centralised greasing is intended for small and medium scale installations with a more or less large number of greasing points.
The operating principle is the gradual distribution of lubricant to the greasing points, as long as the distributor is fed with grease. It allows for different quantities at the points according to the installation requirements.
The main advantage is economic as it allows for a large number of greasing points on a low budget.
This greasing system is generally recommended in packaging or food production industries (special machines).
DOUBLE LINE: Double line centralised greasing is intended for installations or equipment with a large number of greasing points and/or over long distances.
The operating principle of the double line system is the successive increase in pressure in greasing lines to tilt the dispenser thereby sending lubricant to the greasing point.
It allows for different quantities at the points according to the installation requirements.
This greasing system is generally recommended in heavy industries such as sugar works, iron and steel, agri-food, mining.
